October-09- Day of the Dead, Dia De Los Muertas at the Mesa Art Center
Decided to go check out some Hispanic Culture, Arts, Merchandise, and Entertainment
The Mariachi's were rocking they constantly had a large crowd enjoying music.
An example of some of the art.
A shrine to honor and celebrate the dead.
One of the young dancers in traditional dress.
Sheri hanging with her new found friend.
Vendors were a large attraction.
More arts and craft work.
This was a very unusual piece of artwork, click on it for the large version and check out what it's made of.
We enjoyed our day listening to the music, watching the dancers, checking out the arts and crafts and especially the beautiful weather.
God Bless, Sly
